Test Specialist | Minimum 5 Years of Experience - Manila

Requirements:
1. 5+ years of software testing experience
2. Ability to undertake small release delivery independently
3. Proficiency in testing theory and concepts, test case writing
4. Proficiency in test management tools and defect management tools
5. Proficient in testing theory, process, methodology and common testing tools
6. Familiar with Java/Shell/PHP/Python/Ruby and other languages, familiar with common Linux commands, familiar with basic Oracle/MySQL database operations
7. Experienced and good at performance testing, automation testing, security testing, interface testing, business functional testing in at least one area, with outstanding ability
8. Strong logic and analysis ability, good communication and expression, strong learning ability

Responsibilities:
1. Analyze test requirements according to the product requirement document / R&D technical analysis document and form test requirement specification
2. Develop test strategy and test plan, design test cases, execute test cases and submit test reports to ensure project quality and progress
3. Independently undertake or be mainly responsible for a certain work or version requirement testing, and be able to complete the task on time and in quality
4. Complete test design planning and review for automation, performance, security, interface and business function testing in a particular area, develop test case scripts and execute them independently
5. Promote testing progress, discover process problems in the project process, optimize testing methods and techniques, and improve testing efficiency
6. Independently analyse and locate problems found in testing, and discuss with developers on solutions to defects
7. Organize business or skills training and share own rich working experience and skills
8. Research and introduce new technologies or tools for automation, performance, security, interface and business function testing to improve team work efficiency and ensure test quality
9. Mentor or lead other colleagues in their work and help them to improve their business knowledge and skills
