Responsibilities:
A Technical Support Representative is a person who provides answers to questions from customers regarding use and trouble- Hooting of equipment, usually over the phone.
CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
