Knowledgeable in speaking the Mandarin, Cantonese or Fukien Language.
Knowledgeable in speaking the English Language.
With experience in the same field is advantage but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Can speak any of the Chinese language and English as their second language.
- Have proficiency in scheduling appointments.
- Have knowledge of using Google Drive (Docs & Sheets)
- Be able to send emails
- Handle marketing campaigns for social media marketing
- Have great customer service Requirements:
- A minimum of 1year in a BPO setting is an advantage but not required.
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative is helpful.
- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution
- Effectively present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer needs.
- Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
- Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources.
