JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- Erson interviews.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.

 
Responsibilities:
- Proven work experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity w/ social media, resume databases & professional networks
- Hands- On experience w/ full- Cycle recruiting using various interview techniques& evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
