Special Project Associates | 1 - Cebu City

Requirements:

This position will handle multiple projects and will allow the ideal candidate to undertake a variety of responsibilities, depending on client needs. This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail with consistent accuracy. S/he will communicate directly with US Clients.

Responsibilities:

• • Direct Client communication, and meeting various client demands
• • Communicating with Amazon sellers via email
• • Understanding all aspects of the projects including working with multiple departments, maintaining, monitoring, and summarizing project progress
• • Effectively respond to client issues that arise through management reporting weekly and Monthly
• • Updates internal tools like spreadsheets
• • Recommending improvements to current processes
• • Perform other related duties as assigned

Essential Requirements:

• • Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet
• • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• • Resourcefulness, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize to quickly respond to clients and sellers
• • Detail-oriented and highly organized
• • Must be proficient in Excel functions and shortcuts
• • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• • Must be adaptable and capable of observing frequent changes in internal and client procedures
• • A background in customer service is a plus
• • Able to work the graveyard shift
• • Experience with third-party marketplaces (online commerce) is a plus
