Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 months Spanish CSR experience
* Willing to work on- Ite with Graveyard shift
* Can start by August 2022
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering inquiries / calls from customer
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved issues.
