> At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate at a software or technology organization, working closely with sales and customer success teams > Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, specifically HubSpot > Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite Apps > In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices > Excellent communication skills > Analytical and multitasking skills > Teamwork and motivational skills > A BS degree in Marketing or an Associate's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Responsibilities:
> Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to project management processes across pricing strategy, quote management, and contract review in order to accelerate deal efficiency > Report on results, ensure the accuracy of data in closed opportunities, collaborate with internal teams across finance and legal to ensure compliance > Identify key trends and suggest improvements > Assist with the maintenance of accurate data within the CRM > Proactively liaise regularly with the leadership team to provide insight that supports key business decisions.
