- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management/ Marketing or equivalent.
- With Professional License as Real Estate Broker.
- Accredited Salesperson under the PRC and HLURB.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Has shown exceptional sales record in the Real Estate Industry.
- Knowledgeable in creating quality sales and marketing promotions.
- Highly analytical; Excellent problem solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, has the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and investors.
Responsibilities:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible to provide assistance with the Sales Manager and the team in overall sales and marketing management and procedure ensuring growth for the company. This position requires in-depth understanding of the sales process that will guarantee the achievement of sales targets and quotas, management, and closing of deals. IT evaluates what are the needs and intentions of both clients and investors to promote the brand well.
