Sales Representative - Las Pinas City

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least HS Diploma
- At least 6mos call center experience preferred for this position
- At least 1- 4 years experienced employees specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
- With experience in handling a financial campaign or Sales account
- Willing to work in the night shift
- Willing to work Onsite (in Las Piñas (near Alabang))

Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and outbound calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools
- Meet personal/ customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records if customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Benefits:
- Fixed shift- 11: 00PM- 8: 00AM, Mon- Fri
- Earn P25,000 + commissions + P5,000 allowance
