Sales Recruitment Associate is responsible on the monitoring of the loan consultants and customers. To determine their needs, answer their questions about your products and recommend the right solutions. They need to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store-s sales goals.
1) Recruitment of Loan Consultants for his/her branch assignment,
2) Develop the recruited loan consultants by conducting training & policy updates
3) Monitoring of Loan Consultants endorsement up to accounts releases
4) Achieve the set target by the Deputy Area Manager/Area Manager
