Sales Executive - San Juan

Requirements:
- Candidates with degree in Business, Marketing, architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in sales and marketing in the same industry or construction.
- Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business to close sales
- Required skill(s): Egotiation skills, communication skills, keen to details, dedicated and passionate in achieving monthly sales quota
- With motorcycle is an advantage as long as willing to use for field works
Responsibilities:
- Ensures achievements of annul sales target
- Promote/sell product and service of company to current and prospective customers
- Creates customers master list, profiles and schedules necessary for territorial efficiency
- Create and recommend action plans to achieve corporate goals Create and submit territory activity reports to Sales Supervisor on a timely basis Survey new opportunities/customers for company products and services
- Promotes and maintain a professional relationship with customers (external and internal)
- Handles all customer complaints and concerns promptly
- Monitors timely placement and delivery of sales orders
- Ensures prompt collection of payment
- Implement company marketing plans and strategies
- Fulfill other duties as directed by Immediate Superior
