Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 2 years of B2B Sales experience
Resourceful in getting new accounts and clients
Good team player with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
Good understanding of CRM Tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, or equivalent)
Good understanding of PM software (eg. Asana)
Good written and spoken command of English
Good communication skills
Good organisation skills
Have a strong interest in blockchain technology
Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, introduce the company and product offerings
Maintenance of sales outreach pipeline
Responsibility:
Identify and qualify prospects
Identify key influencers and decision- Makers in the account and opportunity
Obtain appointments with qualified prospects
Liaise and work with the Sales Manager to follow up on leads
Provide good after- Ales service to clients to help increase referrals and generate good reviews.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, calls, and emails;
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications with managers;
Manage and structure incentive programmes to motivate the sales team to hit targets
Manage sales process and perform planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting of sales activities
Lead Management and Closing Deals:
Generate new business leads and opportunities through emails, cold- Calling, execute new strategies for business growth
Conduct sales pitches, and follow up with leads - Identify client's challenges, business needs, and objectives to structure proposals
Maintain Strong Client Relationships:
Manage, adapt, and overcome any challenges that arise concerning services or programmes provided
Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
