Sales Executive - Cebu

Requirements:
With IT or software sales (SaaS) experience. At least 1-year of experience in doing outbound calls or cold calling. Numbers-driven, adaptable, dedicated, and has an excellent focus to hit targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels (email, phone, social media, etc.). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. Technically inclined and familiar with programming languages such as PHP and Java. Can work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable in working in a startup environment. Focused on results with a get IT done attitude. Will go above and beyond when required and find unique ways to solve challenges.

Responsibilities:
Own the entire sales process from end to end: generate new leads, convert leads, conduct discovery calls, conduct demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Generate leads by searching for potential clients through various online and social media platforms who are interested in our product. Do daily outbound phone calls (cold calls) and emails by contacting decision-makers and do an elevator pitch. Engage and build rapport with the contacted leads and do a sales pitch. Make effective qualifying sales calls and manage sales cycle to close new business. Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate proposals and other documentation as required in order to close sales deals. Contribute to team projects to develop and refine existing sales processes. Be familiar with our projects by collaborating with our Developer teams to better engage our clients on the technical side.
