Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor-s degree in any Technical Course.
- Must have at least 2 years same industry experience
- Must be accredited by DOLE-Bureau of Working Condition as Safety Practitioner and a member of any safety organization.
- Must be familiar with DOLE's Safety Standards and could identify hazards at workplace and observe proper work procedures.
- Required Skill(s): Knowledge in Safety Standards and specifications, result oriented with sound decision making, Good interpersonal and analytical skills, Computer Literate, Proficient in both oral and written communication.
Responsibilities:
Compile safety programs.
Practice safe working techniques.
Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.
Identify hazardous waste and disposing of IT correctly.
Promote safety initiatives.
Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
Regularly inspect equipment.
