Responsibilities:
Managing Store manpower which includes disciplining, performance monitoring, training, planning of daily/ weekly work schedule and other related activities
Monitoring of Store Key Performance Indicators and planning of strategies for improvement
Managing and monitoring of daily sales transaction
Planning and executing sales call and visit in area and other promotional
Planning, coordinating and monitoring of branch delivery
Updating of all daily and weekly reports
Updating and monitoring of internal transactions - employee AR, expense recording
Managing branch Social Media account like customer inquiry, posting of approved content
