Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 3- 5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources specifically in Recruitment and has supervisory level.
Willing to be assigned in Pasig City Main Office
Can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
Responsible for end- To- End recruitment of the company; Corporate and operations (Main Office based and Store expansion)
Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, records management, succession planning
Communicate hiring process with the Department Heads
Maintain and update all human resource records and compiles record to the database and 201 files.
Monitor the HR Assistants in the deployment process (collecting requirements, contract signing, biometrics enrollment, Office tour and endorsement to employees)
Handle and coordinate Administrative tasks.
Others tasks that Management may assign from time to time relevant to job positions.
