Responsibilities:
- Effectively utilize job posting in boards and social media channels to source candidates

- Demonstrate success in both active and passive sourcing techniques

- Develop talent pipelines through various sourcing channels

- Management of candidates across all sourcing channels

- Understand description and requirements necessary

- Conduct initial phone screening to assess candidate's minimum qualifications

- Perform other tasks as needed (admin tasks and reports needed)

- Willing to do field work (if needed)

- Orientations for Nurses

- Make sure to track all the candidates

- Coordination with PESO offices and IELTS review Center

- Attend job fairs and other activities

- Project management and documentation
