JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Conducting end- To- End recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates for clients needs
- Reviewing and analyzing job descriptions and qualifications
- Use of various job portals to connect with passive and warm leads
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Usage of manual and automated applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Conduct talent research through the compilation of market data
- Acting as POC and coordinating with partnered clients
- Training and coaching new hires
- Preferably a College Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or any related program.
- Has 2- 3 years of recruitment experience for Corporate and IT roles but preferably in full- Last local RPO scene.
- Knowledgeable in Sourcing / Lead Generation
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong command of the English language both oral and written
- Candidates must be customer- Oriented, highly organized, and detail oriented
- Candidates must be highly flexible to increasing/changing demands
- Candidates must be proactive with good problem- Olving skills
- Candidates should be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Amenable to work on holidays and on weekends if necessary
- Must have at least 10mbps of internet service
- Must have own laptop/desktop (will be given asset upon regularization)
