- Minimum 1 year-s relevant experience as a recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Confident and professional telephone manners.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills (preferable).
- Experience making initial contact with, and developing virtual relationships with, candidates or customers.
- Strong organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and eager to progress a career in the recruitment sector.
- Good understanding of the Operations Workforce.
- Strong Excel/Microsoft suite skills.
Responsibilities:
- Managing job postings and requisitions for assigned roles
- Initiating contact with the candidate following application and conducting screening calls with eligible candidates
- Liaising with the candidate and hiring managers to agree on availability throughout the interview stages.
- Using online job boards, social media platforms, our comprehensive database, and other industry- Leading resources to find appropriate candidates that match your client-s requirements.
- Managing multiple sourcing and administrative requests from stakeholders and prioritizing accordingly.
- Distributing agreed materials required to support interviews.
