Recruitment Consultant - Poland

Requirements:
- A solid history of Client acquisition and business development
- A solid history of sourcing and placing candidates into client accounts
- Understand the process for sourcing, recruiting and placing candidates
- At least 2+ years related working experience (esp. IT and Sales Industry)
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Goal Oriented approach to work
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Time management and organizational Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, a Recruitment CRM,
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Efficient and smooth day to day operation process
Responsibilities:
- Developing a good understanding of the Clients work culture and environment
- Take on board the Clients vacancies
- Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in line with the WeRu advertising process.
- Be able to use recruitment platforms such us, CRM, LinkIn, Indeed, Social Media platform to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
- Experience of receiving and reviewing candidate applications to select those with skills and an aptitude that meets the Clients expectation
- Experience in interviewing potential candidates and selecting the strongest candidates
- Experience in briefing the candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of
- Experience of submitting Candidates to the Client and setting up interviews
- Experience of handling the entire recruitment process
- Reports to Recruitment Manager
