Responsibilities:
1. Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
2. Take and relay messages.
3. Produce/ Record, Sort and Distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, samples for incoming and outgoing post.
4. Assist other colleagues in photocopying and printing various documents.
5. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, book travel and accommodation arrangements for internal and external events.
6. Organize travel arrangements of the company.
7. Maintain contact lists, liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
8. Preparation of the minutes of the regular meeting.
9. Letter writing/ Audio and copy typing.
10. Provides general support to visitors.
11. Manage inventory of Office and pantry supplies and process necessary supplies.
12. In- Charge in the local maintenance and purchases of Office supplies, stationeries and other Office equipment.
13. Liaise between departments and provide clerical support.
14. Perform other duties to meet the current needs of the company.
