Requirements:
- • Bachelor's Degree holder of any four (4) year course preferably in BS Industrial Engineering.
- • With at least 1 year of relevant experience in the same role and/or industry.
- • Has the following abilities: Communication skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, delivering feedback, result-driven, critical thinking, teamwork & collaboration, resilience and quality orientation.
Responsibilities:
- • Accurately and completely processes orders of instruments and/or implants coming from the Quality Assurance Officer.
- • Operates the autoclave machine safely and properly according to standards.
- • Cleans all instrumentations used after surgery.
- • Performs preventive maintenance procedures of all machineries and/or equipment being used as needed.
- • Properly inspects, documents, and report returned instruments and checks for used/damaged/missing items.
- • Ensure that all necessary documentations that come with instruments and/or implants are complete and accurate.
- • Properly maintains departmental records.
