QAQC Head - Parañaque

Requirements:
BS Civil Engineer graduate, preferably with a license.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as PM/CM or QA/QC Head for High Rise building, residential, and condominium projects
Strong leadership and good interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
Can work under pressure and is results- Oriented.
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the total execution of the QA/QC Plan or Program of the project.
Prepares and submits the QA/QC Plan or Program of the project before mobilization.
Prepares and submits monthly QA/QC report to the Project Manager or owner.
Responsible for the assigned QA/QC Engineers/Architect of the project.
Assists the owner, Project Managers, and Consultants in the early resolutions of various issues and concerns of the project.
Attends to the projects QA/QC meeting or other meetings as required by the Project Manager or owner.
Conducts final inspection and acceptance of project QA/QC and assists in the issuance of certificates.
Monitors the acceptable quality of works as the project is in progress.
Prepares and issues non- Conformance report for deficiencies observed and cites necessary recommendations for action as per QA/QC requirements.
Assists in the final issuance of Certificates as to the approved QA/QC inspections and work performance.
