- 1 year experience as Property Accountant or equivalent.
- Has a knowledge on account receivable and payables function
- Handles one or multiple of properties with less than 600 residential unit
- Has a knowledge on basic accounting principles
- Attentive to details
- Strong organizational skills
- Can work under less or minimum supervision
Responsibilities:
Property Accounting position shall be responsible for general, account receivable and account payables function on the assigned project.
