Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power/Civil/Mechanical or equivalent, or a related field
- General understanding of mechanical, electrical construction plans.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in electrical works related to general building works, design and estimating.
- Must be good in interpersonal communication and client relationships.
- Adequate in writing, public speaking, creativity, innovation and adaptability.
- With outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, track and manage the project scope, schedule and cost to ensure project scope is met, completed on time and within budget.
- Allocate resources (funds, manpower, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and transportation).
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and Clients to resolve project and management issues.
- Conduct meeting with subordinates and produce report.
- Take care of quality and safety of project.
