Project Engineer - Pasig

Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
- Must have an adequate knowledge and hands- On experience in substation, installation of gensets, trouble shooting mechanical and electrical equipment such as gensets, busducts and transformers.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig
- Willing to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
1) Attends Kick- Offs.
2) Execute/Monitor Gantt Charts with Corresponding Materials, Manpower and Tools/Equipment Schedules.
3) Attends Site Meetings and Coordination with Owners Project Representatives.
4) Monitors and Supervise the Projects Daily for Accomplishments with full coordination of Assigned Site Foreman/ Leadman.
5) Prepares and Submits Project Technical Submittals and Drawings.
6) Coordination with Diamond department.
7) Ensure safety and quality of the Installation works.
8) Knowledgeable in installation of substations, such as generator sets, busways, and as well as transformers.
9) Supported the leaders throughout decision- Making and launch by providing regular compliance reports to drive process improvement and corrective measures.
10) Prepared and reviewed engineering specifications, scope of works, schedules of payments and other documents.
11) Made recommendations to improve design construction means and methods and materials based on the field or changing condition.
12) Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
13) Controlled engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet the quality assurance targets.
14) Performed constructability reviews encompassing independent, structured assessment of construction bid documents.
15) Review progress controls for project quality assurance, health, and safety.
16) Completed daily construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadline.
17) Reviewed contractor proposals and sets of drawings prepared by the firms to identify the missing information, generate questions, and align budgets.
18) Establish and implemented construction schedules, methods, equipment and labor requirements using Gantt chart and MS Project.
19) Prepared diagrams, charts and surveys showing information about job location and project scopes.
20) Identified and resolved technical issues and design conflicts to minimize project delays and maintain light schedules.
