-At least 3 years experience managing construction project sites
-At least 5 years exposure to handling teams, either in an assistant or project engineer capacity.
-Bachelors degree in Engineering, licensed is a plus
-Certification in Project Management a plus
Responsibilities:
The Project Engineer is responsible for the site management team and acts as day-to-day manager on a construction site, which can include liaising with third party stakeholders and managing the site facilities. He is also responsible for planning, technical queries, marking out and leveling construction sites before any work takes place as well as checking drawings, quantities and ensuring calculations are accurate and consistent with company policies and regulatory procedures. He is required to operate on a profit basis within the framework of policies, objectives and budgets.
