> At least 3-5+ years of UX design experience > Very strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, in English > Experience using various prototyping tools to help understand the problem, test concepts, and communicate experiences to internal teams and clients > Use of Adobe Creative suite is also a plus > Demonstrable evidence of how you have solved complex problems utilizing key UX methodologies - gathering research, outlining information architecture, creating journey maps, interaction design > Experience with Click Up, Google Suite Apps is required
Responsibilities:
> Generate and execute concepts for digital experiences, including creating comprehensive sitemaps, wireframe systems, and process flows > Develop detailed, annotated wireframes that include content, functional, navigation, and interaction specifications > Quickly iterate on multiple interactive design solutions and work through details with skill and efficiently in a fast-moving and highly collaborative environment > Lead high-level project work from a design perspective with autonomy and expertise, facilitating design working sessions to help the team deliver the best possible solutions.
