JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree holder of any course

- Proficient in both Portuguese and English

- Open for both Native and Non- Native Portuguese Speakers

- Sales and Customer Service experience is a plus

- Technical and IT knowledge is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in accommodate sales and technical related inquiries

- Point of contact of stakeholders

- Conduct demo to product related concerns

- Coordinate with the sales team for proposal

- Maintain good relationship to the clients and provide quality of customer service

- Manage and review sales data or record
