- 3 to 5 years Full Stack (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) knowledge and experience

- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks.

- Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP.

- Familiar with SCRUM Methodology.

- Experience developing new and existing websites (implement designs, install themes and plugins, upgrades/maintenance, testing, etc.)

- Fundamental understanding of web best practices, custom theme development, UI/UX and SEO

- Experience with in-page builder frameworks especially from builders, custom fields, plugins and customization techniques

- Experience managing and supporting cloud services including web hosting, domain names and DNS

The PHP Developer's main responsibility is to take client-s specifications and turn them into a workable, tangible product that runs on a web server. Accountable for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Maintain current systems, manage servers, and build new projects. Is
responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications

- Build reusable PHP modules, write efficient codes and work on all stages of the development lifecycle.

- Work with front-end Developers to integrate user-facing elements.

- Troubleshoot to solve architectural challenges and performance problems.

- Refactor, optimize, and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scale.

- Use test driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality.

- Interface with customer and internal teams to gather requirements and develop software solutions.

- Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.

- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
