Requirements:
Professional Requirement:
- Professional in administrative careers
- 1- 2 years of experience related to the area
- Payroll basics and related laws
- Knowledge of payroll software
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Teamwork, work under pressure, and aptitude for human relations
- Attention to details
- An analytical mind and good math skills
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Work organization and planning skills
Responsibilities:
The functions of a Payroll Coordinator are the following; but, are not limited to:
- Respond to all the activities that must be carried out in compliance with the object and general purpose of the position.
- Computes and processes multiple pay cycle payrolls accurately including year- End returns and in a timely manner in accordance with the Labor law and maintains all related records.
- Submission monthly withholding tax report application/termination report for social insurance timely.
- Sets up and reconciles voluntary payroll deductions, prepares reports, identifies, and researches exceptions, and remits payments.
- Maintains records and prepares disbursement requests.
- Assist resolve any discrepancies surrounding payroll issues with urgency
