Operation Assistant | 2 Years Experience - Ozamis City

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in the field of Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
Knowledge of the industry in general and preferably, port terminal business in particular.
With excellent communication skills; writing reports and prepairing presentation materials.
Computer skills especially Advanced MS Excel.
Problem- Olving skills, Inter- Ersonal skills and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Gather all relevant information related to port operations such as number of vessel arrivals, productivity, volume, manpower utilization and other information which will be the basis of various reports to be submitted to the management.
Prepare analytical reports and summaries related to Operations Division as may be required be the management.
Recommend steps on how to streamline internal processes of Operations Division.
Monitor port activities and encode pertinent information.
