JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics F&O as a functional/support Consultant Fluent in English (written and spoken) Able to translate business processes into functional flows. Great understanding on logistics side of business from order to delivery Willing to work on an EU shift and adjust accordingly to daylight savings. Able to communicate effectively towards client and team and explain technical details in layman's terms.

Responsibilities:
Handle incidents and service requests for CRM clients. Become a go-to resource for after implementation support. Translate technical specifications from the development team and relay IT to the customer for
them to understand. Align with offshore counterparts on ways of working and clients to be handled. Work on several customer accounts with various industries
