JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
* Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

* Having a Technical support or customer service experience.

* Open to Undergraduates and Graduate of any IT courses or equivalent work experience as a Technical Support

* Basic knowledge of Network troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails.

* Impacts a team through quality of services and information provided.

* Responsible for troubleshooting computer peripheral products and support general customer service inquiries

* Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement.
