JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- With excellent Mandarin and English communication skills
- At least 6 months to 1 year working experience as secretary or personal assistant
- Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule and willing to work onsite in Pasay City
Responsibilities:
- Managing the CEO's Calendar
- Scheduling meetings
- Arranging travel plans
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Organizing and filing of documents
- Communicating with other staff members on behalf of the Executives
