Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Required Skill(s): Street smart, good communication, interpersonal skills, mentally stable, Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent. - Fresh Graduate is welcome
- With strong personality and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist and complete legal tasks delegated by the immediate manager such as preparing legal documents/forms.
- Assist immediate manager in preparing and monitoring Immigration workload
- Will be doing field work
- Assist in Immigration processing and related matter
- Gathering information on employment and other records, maintaining, and organizing case files and filing out legal forms, like immigration requests/ etc.
- Provide administrative support and enhance Office effectiveness Handle communication with clients, etc.
- Encode and file basic legal documents and correspondence Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain contact lists.
