Requirements:
- • Filipino National fluent in Korean and English
- • Korean national with permanent visa holder
- • High School or bachelor's degree graduate are welcome to apply
- • With customer service or technical experience voice account is an advantage
- • Can start working asap
- • Willing to work in Shifting schedule and on-site
Responsibilities:
- • Assist clients in software and hardware related concerns through email, chats and calls with the use of supported scripts and procedures
- • Respond to clients inquiries regarding the technical issues encountered
- • Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
- • Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
