- With experience in Order to Cash, Order Fulfillment, Order processing,

- With knowledge in using (SAP/CRM/SFDC) system

- Proficient in MS Excel

- Knowledgeable in Order Management process

- With CS background or experience

- Process purchase orders of Korean customers submitted through phone, email and other online channels

- Issue invoice and ensure accuracy in accordance to company product listing of prices

- Manage order status and shipment updates to ensure products are delivered timely

- Update system regarding received logistic inquiries/complaints from customers

- Monitor inventory status and stock levels to make sure to support customers purchase requests
