Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, business or related fields
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English & Filipino.
- Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, organizational and decision making skills.
- Metrics driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Experience in Marketing automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Knowledgeable in utilizing social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok)
- Has basic intermediate knowledge in creative softwares likes Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Marketing campaigns for the organization
- Promotes business, product and services
- Ensures the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales and customers support.
- Manage and coordinate marketing and creative teams.
- Lead marketing research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
- Collaborate with social media organizations and advertising agencies.
- Brainstorms ideas for new campaigns
- Coordinates with the sales team and involved other departments to produce effective strategies.
- Monitors current campaigns, ensuring meet deadlines and complete necessary task.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come-up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
