JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Experience in troubleshooting MS Office applications
- Outlook email setup
- Experience in desktop troubleshooting
- Knowledge in basic cloud services like Google Drive, Dropbox, and one drive
- Knowledge in Sharepoint setup and configuration
- Troubleshooting email issues
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various service providers, vendors and manufacturers to setup/troubleshoot 3rd party software/services or hardware - Knowledge in DHCP, Active Directory, DNS
- Knowledge in network/internet troubleshooting
- Remote desktop support for PCs, Mac, and Windows Servers
Responsibilities:
Customer Remote Connection, Customer service, Managing and responsible for the ticketing system, Resolving Client computer issue
