JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience as a Technical Support Representative / IT Service Desk / IT Helpdesk

- Must know ServiceNow, Active Directory, Citrix & VPN

- Willing to work in a shifting schedule and on site in Centris Quezon City

- Completed 2 years in college

Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, emails, chats and self-service tickets from staff regarding IT issues
and queries.

- 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting if IT related problems.

- Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support teams.
