Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor-s / College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or Equivalent.
- At least 4 years and up of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager specializing in IT/Computer - Software or Equivalent.
- Should be knowledgeable in any of the following tools: Agile / Scrum / Waterfall, Project Management Body of Knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge of IT hardware and software. Solid IT background, both strategic and operational. Strong problem- Olving and decision- Making skills.
- Effective project management and communication skills to express system concepts and project details.
- Formulate and implement IT policies, forms, and procedures to ensure information security, compliance with IT licensing organizations, ease of maintenance of IT systems/programs/infrastructure, and high availability and recoverability in unforeseen disasters.
- Work closely with the management to understand the information systems needs of every department to recommend, develop, implement and maintain a secure and cost- Effective infrastructure solution.
- Understand business processes, operations, and organizational systems and structures.
- Create metrics and measurements that will track the team's performance, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance and identify training programs that will help improve the skills of each member of the IT Team.
- Manage Developers to adhere to project plan and schedule. Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and identify technical problems.
- Undergo research to determine the root cause of the issue or problem.
- With analytical and problem- Olving expertise and time management expertise.
- Working expertise in computer networks, network administration and installation, computer troubleshooting, and security.
- Provides assistance and advice to business users in effectively using applications and information technology.
- Experience in writing and testing code, refining and rewriting IT as necessary also analyzing user requirements.
