JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement of HR strategies, procedures, policies & programs for assigned businesses and provide HR solutions in line with organization growth and strategiesOversee a full spectrum of human resources functions including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, and Training & DevelopmentPerform operations streamlining and service enhancementPartner with line business heads / senior management to provide value added HR servicesManage for international assignments and ad hoc HR projects as assigned


Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines8 years or above working experience in HR generalist, preferably in MNCs and regional or international HR
exposuresStrong knowledge and understanding of the local labour laws & practicesWell-organized, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and strategic thinkingDynamic individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skillsProficiency with MS Office applicationsExcellent command of written and spoken of English and Chinese (Good speaking and writing in Chinese is a Must)
