JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with line managers to identify their recruitment needs and provide professional advice and recruitment solutions.Conduct end -end Recruitment and proactively build a pipeline of high-quality candidates to facilitate timely hiring and a greater volume of candidates in the recruitment lifecycleConduct analyst on recruitment channels effectiveness. Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating proactive candidate flow to add to the pipelineAssist in HR projects including complementation, training, employee relations and review and enhance related HR workflow and policy


Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.Over 5 years working experience in
HR and expert in recruitment and expert in the recruitment process and channels in China, working experience in the Philippines is an advantage. . Well-organized, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good team player and able to work independentlyExcellent command of written and spoken of English and Chinese
