At least 6 months experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
Must have excellent knowledge on employee training and development
Additional training/certification in Payroll Management may be advantageous
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
Candidate must be willing to work in Makati City
Responsibilities:
Providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
