Requirements:
HR- Employee Relations shall perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well- Eing. In charge of interviewing employees and discussing personnel, human relations, and work- Related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity. Shall also evaluate and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work- Related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action. HR- Employee Relations explains and provides advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Management Responsiveness - Response in concerns, inquiries and requests shall be within 24 hours
- Submission of Report -Timely and accurate
- Adaptability & Flexibility - Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities and works with a variety of
- situations, individuals, groups, and varying customer needs
- Teamwork - Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables
- Communication - Listens to others and communicates in an effective manner
- Initiative - Recognizes situations that warrant initiative and moves forward without hesitation; reasonably resolves issues, problems, or situations.
- Costumer Focus - Builds and maintains customer satisfaction with information, product knowledge, customer service & hospitality
