JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource

- At least 1-2 years- experience as Employee Relations with good communication, training and development skills.

- With pleasing personality

- Knowledge of Employment Law/Labor Code

- Good problem solving ability
Responsibilities:
HR-Employee Relations shall perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being. In charge of interviewing employees and discussing personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity. Shall also evaluate and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action. HR-Employee Relations explains and provides advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
