Responsibilities:
Handles end to end recruitment process from sourcing, selection and hiring
Updates and determine requirements of the requesting department by reviewing approved Manpower Requisition
Create and post well- Written job advertisements in different recruitment channels
Utilize innovative recruitment methods
Prepare and keep an updated file of recruitment status and progress reports
Organize and attend job fairs
