JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
At least 2 to 3 years and up of HR & Admin. Experience.
Must be knowledgable in Excel or Spread sheets Must be organize and keen to detail.
Having experience in an IT Industry / IT Company is a plus.
Having experience in Employee relations, Recruitment and Labor Law.
Responsibilities:
Responsible in sourcing qualified applicants to fill- In the position required by the company.
Preparation of necessary documentation such as pre- Employment requirements, background investigation, etc.
Experience in processing Disciplinary Action. Must be versatile and can work under pressure.
Assist Employee Engagement program to sustain and maintain a culture company's value.
Prepare detailed employee information to be used as basis in encoding to payroll & timekeeping system.
Other administrative function that maybe assigned from time to time.
