Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting
At least 2 Year(s) of supervisory
Experience in Accounting / Finance
Knowledgeable in all facets of Accounting/Finance including General, Financial, Cost, and Management Accounting, Tax Compliance, Treasury, and Audit.
Knowledgeable with Odoo or Accounting Systems
Attention to detail and accuracy
Hardworking and trustworthy
Responsibilities:
Record accurately, completely and timely all revenues including printing of sales invoice to customers in a timely manner
Verify expense amounts vs. receipts, input expense on accounting system, 2307 preparation and preparation of checks and wire transfers for management approval
Develop and monitor budget information for the accounting department track expenditures and variances, and take corrective measures as needed
Generate accurate financial reports (business income statements, balance sheets, etc) in a timely manner from the accounting system
Reconcile bank statements
Provide necessary requirements for compliance to external accounting firm and government.
Preparation and Filing of all Statutory Returns including, but not limited to, 2550, 1601, 0619, 1702, SLS/SLP amongst others
Review and implement financial policies
Management of Petty Cash at Office
Reviews, prepares and posts journal entries
To take care of the accounting issues of the company
